Application Instructions for 2026

Returning Campers
(Those who attended or applied in 2025)

Please update your existing account by following these steps:

  1. Visit the Camp Pembroke website
  2. Click “Log In.”
  3. Enter the email and password you used last year.
          If you have forgotten your password,
          select “Forgot Password” and follow the prompts.
  4. Update your profile by answering all required questions.
  5. Once completed, proceed to the application steps below

 

New Campers
(Those who did not apply in 2025)

Please create a new account by following these steps:

  1. Visit the Camp Pembroke website
  2. Click “Enroll.”
  3. Select “Sign Up.”
  4. Enter your email and create a password
  5. Complete only the fields marked with a red underline
  6. Disregard any fields without a redline, including financial questions.
  7. Once completed, proceed to the application steps below.

Completing the Application

1. After updating or creating your account, log into your account

2. Navigate to the “Forms and Documents” section

3. Locate the form titled “EC Week Camper Application Profile”

4. Open and complete the form

,This form serves as your official applicaton. Please take your time and answer all questions thoroughly, as this information is essential for our staff to review applicants and, if selected, to appropriately match campers with volunteer counselors.

Important Deadline

All applications must be completed by April 30, 2026. Any application not completed by this date will automatically be placed on the waitlist. If you experience any issues with log in, or completing the application, please contact the appropriate division head:

Girls Division

All applications will be reviewed by EC Week Division Heads. Acceptance notifications will be sent in early June. Applicants who are not accepted for 2026 will automatically be placed on the waitlist and notified if a spot becomes available.
