Benefactors Day

Are you coming for Benefactors’ Day?

Our annual EC Week Benefactors Day will be on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. Camp Pembroke is the site of EC Week 2025 (306 Oldham Road, Pembroke, MA 02359.) We are so excited to once again throw open the gates for a few hours and allow our benefactors, alumni, friends, and supporters to visit. Come and view the wonderful, magical, and unique culture of EC Week, especially this year in our new camp site! Please RSVP below so we know how many to expect.

 A few things we need you to understand if you are visiting:

• Parking is very limited, carpooling is mandatory
• In some ways, things will be different, but the same
• There’s no need to bring bottled water, there are water stations throughout camp for your refillable water containers
• We will begin the day with a celebration of mass at 10:30am
• Lunch will follow mass for all
• We have invited neighbors of Camp Pembroke, please introduce yourselves and welcome them to EC Week
• Rest period follows lunch, visitors may use the pool, waterfront and tour Camp Pembroke. Please stay away from camper cabins while campers rest
• A parade will commence after rest period and lead us to the basketball courts for an outdoor all camp dance luau party with the one and only Jim Plukett!
• What would a Benefators Day be without a little FUNDRAISING! We will be offering 50/50 Raffle tickets all day long for $20/ticket. Cash only. Drawing at the end of the dance party
• Departure for all visitors will be at 5pm
• Please no pets allowed
