Welcome to the EC Week Volunteer Application page! The application cycle is currently
NEW VOLUNTEERS: You must create a log-in name (email address) and password. EC Week's Head Staff will use this email address as our main source of correspondence with you. You may leave the application process and return at a later date; any information that was entered will be saved. Once you have logged in, your 'My Applications' page listed on the top of the page will show your progress as you complete the required forms.
All new applicants must be sponsored by a current EC Week volunteer. The sponsor:
New applicants must also submit 2 letters of recommendation to the Resident Director (staff) or to the Waiter Director (waiters); one of the letters must be by your sponsor who will be with you in camp.
RETURNING VOLUNTEERS: Log-in using the email address and password you previously created. If you have forgotten your password, please use the forgot password link which will send a link to the email address on file. If you changed email addresses, please email the email@example.com and we will update your password in the system. REMEMBER: This is the email address we use as our main source of correspondence with you. If you prefer us to correspond with you at a different email address, go to your 'My Profile' page listed on top of the page and update the current email address to a new one.
